HEALTH CENTRE IN CENTRAL LONDON

MOD Environmental were tasked with the safe removal and disposal of notifiable asbestos insulation debris within floor voids to various levels of the building.

The project was extremely intricate due to the nature of the Grade II listed building. The work involved lifting the floor boards and cleaning beneath whilst maintaining a safe working environment.

The enclosures required false ceilings to be built in order to reduce the size of the working area and to protect ornate ceilings above the works.

Parking dispensation’s were applied for, at planning stage, to Westminster council to allow Hygiene Units and Waste Vehicles to be adequately sited.

During the works an independent audit was carried out on the site which we are pleased to say achieved a 100% audit score.
